Registration Fees
Conference participants
Early registration, before April 16, 2004. 400 €
Late registration, after April 16, 2004. 450 €
Students (Full time undergraduate/master's students) 50 €
Accompanying persons 77 €
Children under 12 years 42 €

The registration fee for scientific participants
includes:
-Access to all scientific sessions including the satellite symposium
-Conference bag and list of participants
-Abstract book
-Lunch at the conference venue
-Coffee and tea during breaks
-Entry to exhibitions
-Reception at the Kuopio Town Hall
-Fun run
-Lake cruise
-Dinner and traditional smoke sauna at the Lumberjacks' lodge
-Bus transportation to the reception at the Kuopio Town Hall, the lake
cruise, and from the Lumberjacks' lodge
-Bus card Thursday-Saturday
The registration fee for students includes:

The registration fee for accompanying persons
includes:
-Reception at the Kuopio Town Hall
-Fun run
-Lake cruise
-Dinner and traditional smoke sauna at the Lumberjacks' lodge
-Bus transportation to the reception at the Kuopio Town Hall, the lake
cruise, and from the Lumberjacks' lodge
-Bus card Thursday-Saturday
Payment
All fees should be paid in advance. The payments should be made in
Euros (€). Two methods of payment are possible:
1. Use of major credit cards (VISA, Diners, MasterCard, Eurocard and
American Express) is possible. Please clearly state your credit card
details on the registration form.
2. By bank transfer. After receiving the registration form, the Conference
Secretariat will send an invoice to the participants for payment.
| Financial support including free participation
and accommodation is available for participants from Baltic Countries.
Selection of grant recipients will be based on the quality of submitted
abstracts. |
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by the Conference Secretariat in writing
or by e-mail.
Cancellations will be refunded as follows:
By May 28, 2004: without additional expenses and after that: 50% refund
